Leading the Team

As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I manage design projects for end-to-end with the support of a design and development team. We are globally distributed, making asynchronous communication and clear documentation critical. Whiteboarding sessions, wireframes, prototyping, and feedback loops with industry expert stakeholders across the organization inform our concepts and roadmap.

Iterating the Product

We’ve gained actionable insights to improve our app architecture, optimize each interface for keyboard navigation, and the overall tone and language used. User Centered Design lead us to focus on the ease of onboarding and offboarding, having search prominently on each page, and simplifying our approval flows.

Outcomes

  • A family of cross-platform applications supporting each division of the UHNW Family office
  • Contextually sensitive features for user types, from accountants at their desks, to cat skiing guides up on a 14ker
  • Embedded annotation tools and the message approval flow creating internal efficiencies across departments
